Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking we require a deposit to cover 50% of the total cost of your stay. We are unable to accept payment cards at this time so deposits need to be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
We appreciate that sometimes unexpected things crop up and you may have to cancel - we recommend you taking out travel insurance to cover you for this eventuality.
If you do need to cancel please give us as much notice as possible. Unless it is within 48 hours of your check in time we will refund your deposit less £10 administration fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your check in time we will refund 50% of the deposit paid.
